FAQ

What is Cholapink?

Cholapink is Peruvian food, made for New York. Our menu is built around anticuchos - traditional Peruvian fire-grilled skewers - with bold sauces, delicious sides and refreshing drinks. Created by chef Jaime Pesaque with serious care, to enjoy every day.

How does dine-in work?

Take a seat, scan the QR code at your table, then order and pay. We'll bring your food straight to you.

Can I order takeout, pre-order or delivery?

Not just yet! We're currently offering dine-in only. Takeout, online pickup orders and delivery will be available over the coming weeks. Stay tuned!

Do you take reservations?

We don't take reservations. Walk-ins only! Just come by and grab a seat.

Do you have vegetarian or vegan options?

Yes! Our Oyster Mushroom skewers are vegan, and we've got a selection of sides, desserts and drinks to choose from.

Food allergies and dietary requirements?

Please let our team know about any food allergies or dietary requirements before ordering. We can help with ingredient information, but our kitchen handles common allergens and we cannot guarantee that any dish is completely free from allergen cross-contact.
